Sometimes we live our lives in small circles, not
realizing that there is a whole world out there for
us to explore. We may see the glass half empty
instead of half full because our small world can't
come up with an immediate solution to a problem.
When I'm feeling trapped, instead of saying that I
can't find a way, I start to look for a new way, a
different approach, a new idea and really believe it
can be done. Feeling trapped is a state of mind.
Getting untrapped means opening your mind, letting
go of old ways, and thinking creatively.
