I
created this piece when with thoughts of lightness
and being in mind. Some find the lightness of being
unbearable. I discover things about myself when I
allow myself to relax and just be. Bright Belle is
whimsical because I am able to let things go when I
feel the lightness—colors blend together framed in
feathers. It sometimes just makes sense to not take
life so seriously. I hope that this painting offers
a reminder of the ability to laugh, have fun and
blow things off once in a while.
