Bellagio Hotel, Las Vegas, NV – March, 2005.

One of the few things you can’t gamble on in Las Vegas is what type of exhibit the Bellagio Hotel will have on display in a given week (actually I would wager that you can wager on that).  At the time of this photo, they had a giant glass flower show going on.  Thankfully the sun decided to set behind this orange piece of artwork, causing it to look volcanic in nature; a floral caldera with petals of lava.  Were an actual volcano to appear in Vegas, you could also wager that they’d build a hotel on it:  “The SmokingCrater Resort and Casino.  We’re hot, hot, hot!”
